Yoga came to me at the time I needed it the most and provided me with tools I use everyday and my intention is to share those with you.

The time on your mat is a gateway to developing your relationship with yourself, self-love and compassion. Giving time and energy to yourself first that you can give that back to those around you.

I want to create a space for you to find your own practice, tune in and learn to move intuitively with your body.

I’ll be creating resources for you through the year to develop your practice through my YouTube channel, eBooks, classes and retreats. I only share the tools that I use and really believe in.
